     On the morning of March 26th, "Nishan Lecture Hall" was started, and the launching ceremony was held in Jinan. Cheng Shoutian, vice director of the Propaganda Department of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and head of the Film Bureau of Shandong province, and Guo Chengyan, secretary of the Party Committee and deputy dean of Nishan World Confucian Center (Secretariat of China Confucius Foundation) and vice president and general secretary of China Confucius Foundation, attended the event.
