The diplomat program offers 9 classes based on the Chinese language level of the students, including elementary basic class, elementary advanced class, intermediate basic class and intermediate advanced class. The program was based on the HSK Standard Course, with learning content covering HSK levels 1 to 4. The classes were closely related to the daily work and life of diplomats, focusing on expression and communication and highlighting the communicativeness and practicality of the program.

The elementary classes mainly taught basic pronunciation, basic life and work vocabulary, and helped students communicate in Chinese in daily situations. Under their teachers' guidance, students in the intermediate classes further consolidated their Chinese language foundation and improved their Chinese language level through group discussions and relay writing.

The lecturers of the diplomat program are full-time teachers of international Chinese language education at Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing Foreign Studies University and other universities. Chinese Plus took advantage of their platform and technology to set up a live online learning room for the diplomat program, and provided services like course playback for students to ensure the orderly development of online teaching.
